Emergency Classification

The following situations are considered "Emergency" and will be repaired after hours:

  • Gas leaks
  • Smoke detector malfunctioning
  • Apartment has no power
  • Apartment has no heat
  • Downed electrical wires or broken electric meter
  • Apartment is flooding
  • Sewage backing up in apartment
  • Forced entry/break-in
  • Refrigerator not cooling/freezing up
  • Tenant is locked out of apartment (After hours charges are $25 from 5-10 p.m., $35 from 10 p.m. to 6:30 a.m. Caller must be on the lease and have proof of identity to be let in)

Any non-emergency after hours service call WILL result in extra charges on the next month's rent statement.
