SHA Flu Clinic

Sylacauga Housing Authority presents a walk-thru/drive-thru Flu shot clinic on Tuesday, November 17, 2020 from 10:00AM - 12:00PM at Verlie B. Collins Center Parking Lot (614 Brentwood St., Sylacauga, AL 35150).

There will be no charge for Medicare/Medicaid/BCBS patients, card must be presented at time of service. For all others, there will be a $15.00 charge for insured/uninsured patients. However, services will not be denied due to inability to pay. Services will be rendered while supplies last.
