Board of Commissioners Meetings
The Special Called Meeting will be held in the Sylacauga Housing Authority Board Room located at 415 W 8th St. Sylacauga, Al 35150. Each person who desires to speak before the Board of Commissioners must sign in prior to the regularly scheduled meeting. The deadline to sign in is the Monday before the regularly scheduled meeting. The sign in sheet to speak at the meeting will be located in the SHA main office (415 W 8th St. Sylacauga, Al 35150). Speakers will be limited to three minutes during the public comment period. The order of speakers will follow the order in which each speaker signs in. This policy does not apply to persons invited by the Board of Commissioners to make a presentation before them. Speakers are not allowed to make personal attacks against board members, staff, or other persons. Comment cards will also be available in the lobby.
